Holt Renfrew has been busy preparing their windows for the past few days which they finally unveiled today. So what’s interesting about their windows this time? Well, all the window installations of Holt Renfrew stores across Canada will pay tribute to six famous fashion bloggers around the world. According to Holt Renfrew Creative Director John Gerhardt:
Bloggers have become the fashion world’s new celebrities. They’re knowledgeable and influential contributors to the modern media landscape. Their opinions and visuals are relevant, creative and thought-provoking, providing a constant source of inspiration. We are honoured to pay homage to their style.
The bloggers they have chosen to feature are: Scott Schuman (thesartorialist.blogspot.com); Jane Aldridge (seaofshoes.typepad.com); Anita Clarke (iwantigot.geekigirl.com); Tommy Ton (jakandjil.com); Bryan Boy (bryanboy.com) and Garance Doré (garancedore.fr/en).
Unfortunately, since Holt Renfrew in Edmonton has a limited number of windows, they were only able to feature four out of the six bloggers.
I happen to walk by Holt Renfrew today so I took pictures of their window displays.

They’re still working on Jane Aldridge’s (seaofshoes.com) window installation. It would be interesting to see when it’s finally complete. I might have to go back in the evening and take better pictures.
