July 12th Sunday Dinner

Today was a good day to have a barbecue so we made Korean beef strips and Filipino-style chicken macaroni salad. After days and days of rain and overcast skies, I forgot how good, quick and easy it is to make something on the grill. What a nice day!

My Vancouver trip… in pictures! (Part 3)

On Friday, my last day in Vancouver, we were treated at work to a field trip. We were told we were going for a tour of newly-opened Vancouver Convention Centre. I didn’t know what the big deal was until I saw it.
